La membrana in me
(Spot the Frog)
Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 60 cm · 2026
Original Artwork
The painting explores the idea of a surface that both separates and connects interior perception and external form. Lines, colour fields and gestural marks interact like a permeable membrane through which elements appear, dissolve and reconfigure.
The composition remains open and suggestive rather than descriptive, inviting a slower mode of looking in which subtle details gradually reveal themselves. The subtitle “Spot the Frog” introduces a quiet, playful layer, encouraging viewers to search for what might otherwise remain unnoticed within the image. Painted on a deep-edge canvas, the composition extends across the sides, allowing the pictorial space to unfold beyond the frontal surface.
