Winter in Tirol I
Acrylic on canvas · 90 × 60 cm · 2026
Original Artwork
A bright, almost untouched surface opens the pictorial space, allowing light to emerge. Darker graphic traces appear in contrast, creating a tension between density and openness. Forms suggest themselves — as a tree, a sign or a fleeting structure — without becoming fixed.
Black, white and warm ochre accents introduce contrast and points of light, while the composition remains intentionally open. As part of the series “Winter in Tirol” (2026), the work invites viewers to read traces, movement and atmosphere in their own way.
